Yes, it applies to all in-stock products including tillers, gearboxes and PTO shafts. It does not apply to shipping charges.

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. Heavy or bulky items like tillers ship by freight and usually deliver within 8–10 business days.
Shipping is based on item weight and your zip code. Enter your address at checkout to see the total. Items under 70 lbs ship UPS Ground; larger items ship freight.
